How Can severe Primary Biliary Cirrhosis Be Treated?

My liver is diffusely increased in echo texture with decreased through-transmission and enlargement. Measuring 23 cm in length. No focal hepatic masses are seen however visualisation of focal hepatic masses is limited in background nonspecific hepatic parenchymal disease. I was diagnosed with primary biliary cirrhosis, nonalcoholic, or fatty liver in 2011 and have been taking Ursodiol, 300 mg, 2 twice a day. Recent blood work said my liver enzymes were 120.
